Mongolia expressed its willingness to fully back the Soviet Union by issuing a joint resolution of the Conference and the Council of Ministers of the People’s Republic of Mongolia on June 22, 1941 which is the day of WWII start, historical sources say.
During the war times, Mongolia organized a campaign of sending to the Soviet fronts up to four-fold trains with aid, and presented a large number of horses. Moreover, they supplied tanks and fighters to the Soviet Union after creating the “Mongol Ard” air escadrille with money collected from people.
